Shipping policy

Please note: We do not deliver perishable goods via post.

We deliver feed to the local postcode areas listed below for orders over $250:

3429, 3063, 3428, 3059, 3430, 3427, 3437, 3064

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Local Pick Up on Rugs / Accessories and Feed

Orders may be picked up free of charge from our business location located in Wildwood, Victoria. (30 Southern Plains Rd, Wildwood) same premises as The Pet Laundry Service signs.

We will text you when convenient to collect or organise a mutual collection time.

Choose option - Local Pick Up when entering your Contact information during checkout.

Once we receive the order, we will text you to say when pick up is ready or have your order ready for when you advise us you can collect.  This applies to both Rugs and accessories and Feed items. 

If you choose Shipping -  once outside the area of free shipping, charges will apply.

We are unable to refund this charge after the order is process if you then decide to collect it when ordering from website.

Outside of these areas we charge a delivery fee of $20


Standard Shipping for Rugs and accessories - (no feed items will shipped)

We ship most of our orders as tracked parcels with Australia Post although we can occasionally use couriers.

 

Our Dispatch:

We endeavour to dispatch within 1-5 business days.  If you decide to cancel your orders before we have dispatched them, you will be issued with store credit vouchers to use on the website.

Important Info:

We make every effort to pick, pack and dispatch orders exactly as you have selected when ordering, following a strict process in our warehouse. Please ensure you check your order on arrival and notify us immediately if something appears incorrect.  If your order has been delivered 3 days or more, it is taken that you are happy with your item(s). 


International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Sorry.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@horseaddiction.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
